UNIPORT with Microbiotech Ltd. (UK) and UNESP (Brazil) has won a collaborative Innovation Awards for Climate-Smart Agriculture Partnerships. This project which is between 3 partner countries: Nigeria, Brazil and United Kingdom is funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and delivered by Innovate UK. The focus of the research is “Valorising agro-industry by-products into mushroom substrates and then soil amendments in tropical circular economies.”
